      Govt/ Pvt Firm/ Own business/Self Employed
so if you want to apply for this you have to be employed in any sector..
Any way If you want to face this exam you can apply as a self employed.

    2. if i apply as a self employed this is help only facing the exam or nothing and other process like PIB etc

      Delete
    3. Self employed candidates are required to submit an Affidavit on Non-Judicial stamp paper of minimum value duly attested stating nature of self employment and income earned annually.
In PIB you have to write your income is less than 2 lakh (not taxable)..
and a Affidavit non judiciary stamp paper you get this easily from a lawyer.
so worry about this go ahead ,best of luck..

You seem to have a good knowledge of joining procedures and requirements and are very prompt in your response. I have a query for you.

I am in the merchant navy and have always wanted to join the army, presently I'm in UK sitting for my Captain's exams. Mumbai university gives a letter of equivalence for BSc Nautical science. Is this letter accepted by the TA?

Secondly, is the merchant navy an accepted profession?

    Looking forward to your reply
