  2. Hi,

I have a question regarding the NOC for candidates serving in Private Organization.

My Organization has a concern signing on this NOC. They are worried that it is binding on them that they will have to release me in case of a emergency. I afcourse understand that i am bound to return to service when called for, but that would mean i have to resign from my organization and I am okay with that. The NOC document you have uploaded does not seem to have any such clause. I would like to show them some official document that proves that they have no such obligation. Do we have any such official document/circular.

    Thanks
    Farooq

    I have one question.
I have cleared the TA written test held in aug.And for preliminary interview they have asked 2 things for self employed
1- Affidavit for self employment and
2- Income from Dist Magistrate/Tehsildar in original.

I can get affidavit from any Notary at local court but how to get second one[Income from dist magistrate]?

  5. The 'Notification' has format that confirms that the Pvt firm would pay me the difference of salary between TA & their salary
It also confirms that I'd be taken back at same position with due promotion, etc.
no where does the notification demand an NOC from company!

  7. Hello Friends,
There is a clause in the application which asks for an undertaking from the current employer that they(the employer) will compensate for any discrepancy in pay compared to Him(the employer) and the Army. Also that he (Any applicant for TA) will be absorbed back in to the company later (when the applicant wants to join back)pay wise and seniority wise as if He(the applicant in TA) did't discontinue to work with his or her present company.
I don't think my company will give such an undertaking signed with seal.
Is there any way one can bypass this? To mean that, I don't want anything from my current employer while i serve ( If lucky) TA.
    Please suggest
    -Amar
