The 117 Infantry Battalion (Territorial Army), The Guards, will conduct a recruitment rally for the posts of soldier (general duty), tradesman (chef community) and tradesman (hair dresser) here from September 25 to 30, 2015.
Age: 18-42 years
State Eligible : Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharastra, Rajasthan, Goa and the Union Territories of Pondicherry, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu and Lakshadweep
Venue: Army Training area at Khajamalai
Documents required:
Candidates should bring along with them school character certificate, 12 passport size colour photographs, nativity /permanent residence certificate, caste certificate and character certificate.
NOC
Candiadtes should bring a No-Objection Certificate from their respective employer.
Candidates would have to undergo medical examination prior to the enrolment.

ReplyDeleteAt an outset, I would like to thank and appreciate the efforts of Moderator for having created such an awesome forum to address the queries.
Now coming to the query, I successfully cleared my written exam held on 2nd August 2015. I had appeared for the exam fro Bangalore center. However, I have still not received the interview call letter. I am not sure, if I have to contact some official from Southern Command or just wait for the call letter to be mailed to me or wait for the e-mail?
Also what all will the physical test include? Is it similar to the regular army recruitment parameters or will there be any relaxation?
