Can anyone please suggest me a important query.I have filled under self employed and I got a mail that i have cleared the written exam. So what affidavit should i produce to them ? And what else is required apart from educational documents?

I have one question. I have cleared the TA written test held in aug.And for prelimnary interview they have asked 2 things for self employed 1- Affidavit for self employment and 2- Income from Dist Magistrate/Tehsildar in original.
I can get affidavit from any Notary at local court but how to get second one[Income from dist magistrate]?
