Nearly 1500 vacancy will be filled by The Territorial Army (TA) Group Headquarter under the aegis of Army’s Northern Command.
Date: Apri 27 to May 1 2015
The trade test will be held on May 2 and medical exam on April 28 and interview on May 3 to May 9.
The total 1305 vacancies from entire state of Jammu and Kashmir less Kargil & Leh Districts for which separate advertisement will be published later.
Break up of Vacancy : General Duty Soldier: 1125, Clerks:12, Surveyor: 33, Tradesman: 132 and Store Keeper Technical (SKT) 03.
Age: 18-42 (48 years in case of Ex-servicemen)
Physical: height-160 cm (minimum), weight 50 Kgs (minimum), chest -77 cms with expansion 5 cm. There is relaxation in physical standards for son of Servicemen/Ex-Servicemen/ War Widow/National/State level Sportsman.
Venue: for Jammu region (Location of rally-Surankote ,Doda & Reasi), Kashmir region ( Location of rally- Anantnag, Baramulla and Kupwara) will be held at different dates for candidates of different districts.

Ihave one question regarding TACA.Today i met with HQ SOUTHERN COMMAND ADMIN Jco but he was saying that he is not aware of such things.The number which you have given as a toll free number is not working please advice .I hope councelling is on 16/05 /2015.
