If you face any trouble to get a NOC or stamp & signature on application form from your Office,you can show them these documents issued by MINISTRY OF DEFENCE.

Deleteall the candidates who got selected in the written exam have received the email on 21st august for the invitation of PIB. If you have not received the email then probably you did not got selected. I received the email on 21st August early morning and so did others. Also check your Spam box, I got in Inbox though.
